The CocoPlum Resort is a planned resort community nestled within a private 226-acre reserve surrounded by the Caribbean Sea and the Placencia Lagoon. Our team was in charge of the site plan for the expansion of NAIA Resort and Spa hotel and new marina, and retail/ commercial/restaurant area in the west lagoon.
