A 160 hectares residential golf community village located within the Cap Cana Resort. The program for the project includes an 18-hole signature golf course by Nicklaus Design, a golf clubhouse, a town center with retail/commercial space, a combination of low-rise buildings and clusters of attached townhomes, and single-family home sites fronting golf with other site amenities, support services, and open space.
