THE GATEWAY
AMLA worked with Sanchez+Coleman and SD Collaborative on the Master Plan for a 6.5-acre mixed-use complex along Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach. AMLA provided site planning and schematic designs for outdoor spaces, streetscape, residential courtyards, plazas, and circulation. The development features 212 residential units, 32,500 SF of retail, 11,500 SF of office space, and a public waterfront promenade.
